Parent/Guardian Meeting:
Our Parent/Guardian Meeting is Tuesday, February 18th at 6:30pm. As of right now the plan is to meet in front of the gym and then navigate to where the meeting will be. Our original location was already booked so we will just be flexible and pick a spot on the fly. We will send out an email/text update if we can determine the location ahead of time and we will post someone at the gym to help direct folks to the meeting.
Dine & Donate:
Tuesday, February 18th is a busy day! We have our normal practice for the athletes and our parent/guardian meeting. So let's make dinner a little easier... we will be having a Dine & Donate at Los Tres Chiles on the 18th with 20% of your purchase donated to Montgomery Track & Field.
Please help spread the word and let's pack Los Tres Chiles!
Goal Sheets:
Athletes, get those goal sheets turned in! We will start discussing your goals this week. The goal sheet is available to download if you need to print another copy.

Goals:
Setting and striving towards goals is an important piece of athletics. This first week of practice we will be working with the athletes to create short and long term goals. These goals will help us have tangible things to work towards.
